Rob Zastryzny pitched well earning win in Iowa Cubs start on Tuesday!

EL PASO, TX.– Rob Zastryzny finally settled down for Iowa pitching a solid six innings at the Cubs were victorious 2-1!

Zastryzny dazzled in his start allowed one earned run on three hits over six innings while walking none and striking out six. He only threw 60 pitches with 47 strikes in six innings which is very impressive by Baseball standards.

Mark Zagunis hit a two-run bomb in the third backing up Rob with what ended up being the only Iowa Cubs runs in the game.

UP NEXT FOR IOWA: Cubs play El Paso again tomorrow with Eddie Butler making the start.
